"Cons: Property is old and in need of updating. I was in building 15 and the FLOORS creak so badly it wakes everyone up. No good if you have babies and no good when everyone is tired. All furniture shows wear and staining. The showers don’t drain and are hard to figure out and one shower super tiny. No directions for anything. "Staff are terrific, the hotel is beautifully presented, with lovely colour themes, decor, design, linen, toiletries, even complimentary champagne on ice when you arrive. I do hope the bedding/mattress topper is changed, the bed is suffocating, it’s far too fluffy! The shower in the bath tub is an accident waiting to happen, and please offer some hair conditioner. Coffee isn’t flash in the rooms, or in the dining room. "
