"V dated disability room I didn’t ask for . As it was an extremely busy weekend n I was too exhausted to request another room. The room was spacious sheets clean but slightly rough. The shower area disable seat was disgusting w stained patch n the steel structure rusty round the edges . It was V difficult to turn on the tap on the Left side it was V stiff n it was V unpleasant when I was hit by the cold rain shower . When the hot water finally came on, the shower head sprayed all over the floor and was not contained within the shower area making it rather Slippery to walk after the shower . Tge hair shampoo was disgusting v rough on the hair w no conditioner . More a 3 star hotel n not 4 star not value for money "

"Easy to book online, reasonable prices. Staff welcome, check in easy. Food outlets in hotel available at different times. Good size room, comfortable bed. Parking area ample. Our only negative was our bathroom sink had a few old cracks (objects been dropped), not appealing"

"I would describe the stay as travelodge level rooms- fairly basic. Probably a 2-3 star stat. Standard of cleanliness isn’t great- the room had a faint smell of damp or urines. The mugs in the room were also dirty The facilities were surprisingly impressive- a good sized pool and proper gym. We stayed here and spent the first day in Portsmouth and the second day in Chichester. It’s a good and accessible location."
