"The property was amazing, the staff was great, the only thing they could work on is the availability of free flow self serve coffee in the morning as this was something that all motel/hotel has as an amenity for there paying customers early in the morning without having to wait in a line or set down at a restaurant for a cup of coffee down stairs as u r about to go for a walk or to a trolly ride. Hopefully this is something u can accommodate at a slight cost and I had several people ask me where the kiosk for free flow self serve coffee was at. Thank u"

"They said the outside and indoor pool were both heated, only the indoor pool was heated. The outdoor one was super cold. The “hot tubs” are tiny pools attached to the actual pool, barely big enough to fit 3 people. We had leftover towels from another guest in our bathroom. There wasn’t any bacon at breakfast, they don’t get discounted dollywood tickets like we were told. The AC in the room sounded awful and made sketchy sounds. Other than that, it was a pretty decent hotel."

"The hotel is older but has been kept up. The room was clean, bed very comfortable, got to see a bear sleeping next to the parking garage wall. Breakfast was good, and the pancake machine is a cool touch. The only issue was the parking garage. It has very narrow spaces and a very low ceiling. If you are in a full size truck you can only park on the first level. You can't go up to 2nd level. It was an Austin Powers moment trying to park the truck. If you are in a smaller vehicle, you'll be ok."

"The entire property is beautifully maintained, showing great attention to detail. Our room was spacious and decorated in a modern style, with a plush, comfortable bed adorned with crisp, freshly laundered sheets that had a clean, welcoming scent. The daily housekeeping staff does an excellent job, consistently going above and beyond with thorough cleaning and friendly service. We booked a package that included a complimentary breakfast each morning, and to our surprise, we also received a $40 dinner credit—about $10 per night—which was a nice bonus. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of Gatlinburg's main sights, shops, and outdoor activities, just a few minutes' drive from the Welcome Center. Parking is plentiful, well-lit, and feels secure, giving us peace of mind. The onsite restaurant offers a limited menu focused on sit-down dining; if you’re after a buffet or more extensive options, it might not be the best fit. There’s also a small store that sells souvenirs and travel essentials—very handy for last-minute shopping or picking up essentials for your stay."

"An absolutely wonderful experience! The Inn at Christmas Place is truly magical, offering a unique Christmas atmosphere all year round. The beautiful decorations, festive music, and charming ambiance make this hotel feel like stepping into a Christmas wonderland. The location is excellent, and the service is outstanding, with attentive staff who make you feel genuinely welcome. The breakfast was exceptional in both quality and variety, making each morning a pleasure. The hotel’s amenities are equally impressive. The outdoor pool, complete with a waterfall and charming bridges, is beautiful, while the indoor pool is perfectly heated and comfortable. The presence of Santa Claus is a particularly delightful touch for families traveling with children, adding even more magic to the experience. Every detail contributes to an unforgettable stay. This is much more than just a hotel; it is an experience in itself. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone who appreciates a festive atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. I would gladly return!"
