"Wonderful stay. Breakfast and evening buffet were very good. The coffee was not good. They may want to invest in some new machines that actually grind the beans. Everything else was so good, we were a little shocked that the coffee was so bad."

"CONS: Pool facility closed since January, It’s March!!! Big UGH since hot tub was a priority in booking this hotel. Hard to navigate to Lobby for check -in. 4th floor hallway has very musty smell, as well as the heating/cooling fan, when on. Bathroom floor is extremely slippery, even when dry. Elevator is very slow, we used the stairs the whole time except for check in/check out. One stairway was flooded at the lowest level. Navigating the stairs to lobby and above is a Jedi mind game….or like “Labyrinth”. It’s like they change every time you use them. PROS: Nice balcony overlooking the the stream and mountains. Right in the thick of downtown. Decent breakfast. All staff that we encountered were very nice. "
