Room adequate and clean.Communal carpets need a hoover.Bar is quite expensive which I suppose you expect within a hotel,Service with a smile might have been nice.If you want to use pool or gym extra charges which is alot extra especially if you had a family.Hotel is open to General public so Carvery was very busy,no parking at busy times like this,which is a bit unfair for residents. Buffet breakfast was a good selection.For the price we paid was perfectly acceptable stay."

"What you’d expect from a Village hotel. Clean, convenient and busy. Food offerings were basic and fairly pricey, bar was busy and with plenty of sports shown on the array of TVs. Hotel is conveniently located between Bournemouth and Christchurch and has good capacity. Regrettably they have no secure bike storage and don’t permit them to be taken to rooms."

"We stayed in a family room on the first floor which was spacious and clean with a sea view. The furnishing in general was adequate but quite dated. This was reflected throughout the hotel. The bath was rusty which meant we relied on the shower which was good. The balcony door wasn’t secure with a flimsy catch. The radiator although not used was very rusty in need of maintenance. The decoration in the public areas was better in general it felt like the hotel needed a refurb"
