"I have stayed at the Belmont many times. It has everything going for it. It is a 5 minute walk from the station,, it has a huge car park, and it runs along New Walk, the most attractive part of Leicester by far. The downside is that the Belmont needs refurbishment, but I understand the financial constraints. In particular the bar area needs an upgrade. The seating needs recovering, the lighting is dated - the side lamps are 1970s if not earlier. They have been tickled with a feather duster but...

Didn't have breakfast this time as its a little pricey for me now but had before and it's good. Thank you Beeches Hotel for a great stay. "
