7.8/10 Good! (510 reviews)
Clean room, nice area, nice staff. One downside is I got the room in the basement (its the only basement room), right next to breakfast area and I got woken up by the noise very early morning, didnt sleep well at all. I manage to switch room on the third night (second night was full) and I do appreciate that but its also exhausting for not sleeping well for past two nights. Tip: Avoid basement room for light sleepers. Other than that, the room is modern, clean and location is good.

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,369 reviews)
The staff is very kind and welcoming. The facilities and room were clean. Access to the bus was excellent (several just a few steps away); for the tube, it's a 10 minute walk. Having a second room with a kitchenette made the stay more pleasant. The beds were comfortable. However, the bathroom has a barn door and it about a foot away from one of the twin beds. The light switch is outside the door which means that there is no way to avoid shining a light on everyone if you use the facilities at night. The laundromat was a great add but was extremely crowded. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods but was busy and chaotic. There are only 2 elevators for over 100 rooms which means long waits in the am between people going for breakfast &/or check-out.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,441 reviews)
"Disappointing and Overpriced Stay The breakfast was exactly the same every day and became boring after two days, especially during a longer stay. There are no in-room breakfast facilities. Reception staff were rude, and the late check-out policy seemed inconsistent—free during my first stay, then ..."
