"Absolutely perfect. Instructions are very clear , place was pristine . I was surprised at the size of the property as I thought it would be smaller . Good size bedroom,kitchen, living space and even the bathrooms was good with a rainfall shower and normal wand (I’m 6ft4 so that makes a difference ) very handy and detailed handbook helping you with any questions or queries. Communication was excellent from the host. Really pleased with my overall experience "

"Very close to Rutland water. Loads to do at Rutland. Rural location only accessable by car. The owner kindly let us charge the car at the house (we worked out and paid for the electricity used). I was pleased to find there is a freezer in the kitchen. There were lots of kitchen utensils which made cooking easy."

"We were all looking forward to our short Christmas break and we were not disappointed.. The cottage was easy to find and we had early access. The heating was on and everything looked cosy. "This is a lovely cottage it is beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need, it is set in lovely surroundings with amazing views. The cottage was spotlessly clean and all the furnishings are very high quality with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. We were met on arrival by Mandy who was very friendly and could not have been more helpful. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend."

"i went with my daughter, had an amazing time! my cousins were at arena uk just 7 mins drive. so had the comfort of being able to relax at the beginning and end of day. Loved the fact had internet and watch all my favourite programmes on Netflix etc. My daughter was able to chill in her own room with tv at the end of a busy day. "

"This cottage was an amazing find in the heart of Oakham.a traditional cottage, yet modernised sympathetically, maintaining many of the original features. We loved its quirky layout. We spent a very happy Christmas there. We recommend a visit to the Castle, Gates Garden Centre and Farmshop, Otters. We will be back!"

"I was attending an event in the city centre so the Gresham Aparthotel was ideally located. Being in the annex it was a bit of a labyrinth finding my way to the room, but I did manage to get back to it after my night out. Although there was still noise in the streets when I got back, I heard nothing in my room, which was clean and well-equipped. I was there for little over 12 hours but would definitely recommend this place for a short break in the city. Although there's no parking, being there...
