"This location is close to Ocean Terminal, so the tram and buses that take you to city centre are a five-minute walk away. It was perfect for our trip to Edinburgh. The beds were comfy and the free breakfast in the morning was PHENOMENAL. Highly recommend staying here if you're even in Edinburgh."

"Blew away my expectations. For once the room we stayed in was even better in person than it was advertised in the Expedia listing. Room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and just perfect honestly. Setup was also very well done and the cleaning staff was helpful. If available, I can’t recommend this place more"

"We stayed for 1 night in September 2026. The hotel was exceptionallyl well-run, with personal, friendly, and cheerful service. Be aware there is no lift.Wonderful breakfast with great variety, catering to specific dietary needs. Would definitely stay again if in the area. A real gem!"

"Everything was fine except for the air conditioning. It is controlled by the staff; guests don't have access to adjust the temperature to their liking. Since I didn't know this, I spent two days in the heat before I finally decided to call and complain. Also, the lighting in my room was terrible. I had never stayed in such a dark hotel room."
