Absolutely amazing. Best of three places we stayed in England.
Staff exceeded expectations. And the room (Spenser) was truly beautiful. Not worn at all. The layout was different being long and thin but really worked for us.
Pub was really goos and we ate 2/3 dinners there. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. So many options and high quality.

Lovely location close to the underground and great pubs and restaurants. This is not a complaint but the ironing bored was broken and the toilet brush in the main bathroom.we would love to stay again for week next time. So if you could send me prices for that please it would be much appreciated.

Clean, safe, friendly! A no frills hotel that’s perfect for a solo female traveller who just needs somewhere to rest for the night. Literally 2 minutes walk from Earl’s Court station, so you feel very safe walking to and fro as so many people around. Very reasonable price for location and overall quality of the hotel.
Only things that would improve is a mini fridge in the room (really helpful if you are bringing food in) and moisturiser with the bathroom products (which were otherwise...

Opened for business 6 months ago. Some have given mediocre reviews but this is 5 star hotel. Not Claridges or the Dorchester but the rooms are superb in their quality. Fabulous breakfast. One lift was not operational which caused some guests distress. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights on our recent family trip to London. We were delighted with how close it is to Earl's Court tube station yet located in a side street away from station noise.
Our room was beautifully decorated, really clean and such a good size. It was checked every morning, beds made & clean towels provided.
The minibar was well stocked and included in the cost of our room. The bathroom is very modern with a huge shower & also well stocked with aveda toiletries.

We loved our stay at the rockwell. The hotel is located a short walk from the local tube station (Earls Court). Although it is on a main road it was quiet inside. The reception area is very boutique and beautiful. The staff were lovely and helpful and our deluxe double room had a mezzanine floor with the bed upstairs, which we loved!

Reception was very friendly. Paula checked us into our room and gave details of breakfast times and wifi password. They were also very responsive on the email and phone as I needed to drop my bags early. It was also a lovely surprise that they gave me a balcony room with stunning views of the park, chocolates and card for my birthday. It was such a sweet gesture! Thank you so much for a great stay and welcoming hospitality. Will certainly be back again. If you want a lovely, quiet and peaceful...
