Durham Apart Hotels

Staying in student rooms means you don't have all the convenience of a hotel (e.g. no 24 hour reception, no bins in rooms, no mugs etc) but there are kitchens available to use, and access to a gym. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Price could be lower considering that this is not a hotel.

It is very smart and in top condition. You need ear plugs as it is a lively area.

The apartment was very central and near the Station . The receptionist was polite and helpful. On arrival the apartment was so hot and the air con only went down to 20 so I sat in the heat for an hour waiting to see the maintenance man who said it wouldn’t go any lower. Very clean and tidy. Slightly lacking in some kitchen utensils but we coped.Only complaint was the noise from another apartment where someone was clearly having a party but it would be wrong to hold this against the owners

Functional no frills perfect to use as a base easy access to city centre clean quiet good parking

I do not believe the people who manage this place understand what the concept of a serviced apartment is. I understand this is probably one of the cheapest places to stay in Darlington, but I didn't expect for nobody to take the trash out in the 4 days I stayed there given that I was not provided ...

Booked for 19 days for work. Had itchy feeling all the time. Bed was horrendous. Had to chase to ascertain cleaning. Units broken, heavily warned. Carpets worn.

Really nice cottage and location. Very quiet with lots of room. Perfect for families and excellent base for exploring all the North East has to offer.
