"Second time in Luton; second time staying here. Great staff: i was let into thr room hiurs before the formal check-in time. Staff were also kind enough to accept and hold some mail for me. The bed and beddibg are exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was great."

So were all the staff. Receptionists very helpful and accomodating. Great stay. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you very much everyone!"

"Everything you'd expect from a major chain hotel. A little shabby in some areas but lobby area comfortable with good bar service, comfy room and a decent breakfast. Breakfast offering was a little limited, but still enough variety to meet most dietary requirements "
