"What a slice of heaven! Not only is the home itself beautiful, Pat is such a wonderful and responsive host. She graciously helped us adjust our reservation due to Winter Storm Fern, provided restaurant recommendations, and quickly helped us troubleshoot some WiFi issues on the first day. Downtown Santa Rosa Beach is cute as a button, and the private beach gives you access to the fine grained white sand and cerulean blue waves of your dreams. The spa was a welcome respite from the cool weather, and our dogs adored the large, fully fenced yard. Thank you for a fantastic stay!"

"Very spacious home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and the frig/freezer were huge. The backyard outdoor space was perfect. We enjoyed the heated pool, the firepit, and the backyard games. The golf cart and bikes were also great. The garage has many items for you to use at the beach which was just a block away. We definitely recommend staying here! "

"Loved the kitchen it was nice and spacious, we had an issue with the scissor being broke and no wine opener but that was very quickly rectified by the great host,she was a pleasure to deal with and very efficient. The pool was kind of small and is not private due to the home next door having a pool at the same spot."

"This house is absolutely beautiful! Everyone had their own bathroom which was great. Property manager was quick to respond. The kids loved the pool which is completely shaded in the afternoon. The golf cart was well used going to the beach which made it a quick access. The beds slept great. This was our first time on 30 A & we had a great week. I highly recommend this home.
