We really enjoyed staying here only a 3 minute walk to the beach very clean rooms friendly staff good breakfast every morning our room had a stove top fridge microwave and we had plates spoons forks pots and pans ideal for me to cook my own food and save some money … me and my kids have ZERO complaints we are already planning our return and this is where we will be staying

I experienced an amazing stay in a gorgeous room. Absolutely loved my experience, from being welcomed at check-in, to a very clean and lovingly made up room, walking distance to the beach and outlet in under 10 minutes, and a very friendly checkout. All the staff members were so nice! We arrived multiple hours earlier than check-in but had been on the road for 15 hours so we asked for early check in and they made it happen for us! Breakfast was late on morning one, but was still delicious. Waffles, sausage, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal and an assortment of toppings along with fresh fruit. There was bacon and egg sandwiches another day. There was a water bottle filler on each floor beside the elevator. Room was big and clean! The kitchen and real plates and silverware were so nice to have. The AC worked well. The water took a LONG time to heat up in the shower - like upwards of 10 minutes before it wasn’t ice cold. The water pressure was also severely lacking, making it hard to get shampoo out of our hair after a day at the beach. Would recommend bigger trash cans in rooms with kitchens. We ended up filling 3 of the small trash bags. The pool space isn’t very big but it was nice to sit out and read a book. Don’t plan on laying out, there’s 4 loungers in the pool and a handful of chairs. I failed to see the daily parking fee of $15/day so factor that into cost as well. Overall, it was a nice hotel and we’d definitely stay again!

I would have rated all 5 stars but my room had a very hard mattress and a unit that made a noise. However, I was moved to another room and treated very well. Staff at this facility is top notch. All were very professional and friendly. Rooms were clean. My second room had a comfortable bed. Free breakfast had good selections. Highly recommend Marriot TownePlace Suites.

The check in was super easy very friendly front desk clerk. The room was spotless and very well appointed. The bed was super comfy with lots of pillow options. The shower had a real liner, great water pressure and really nice shampoo conditioner and body wash. The complimentary breakfast Was really good with lots of fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and good eggs lots of drink options including little bottle of chocolate milk. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come Back!!

I booked my stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Miramar Beach through Expedia and was incorrectly charged multiple times directly by the hotel. Before checkout, I addressed the issue in person and was assured the charges would be reversed and that a parking fee would be removed due to the inconvenience. A week later, I still have an outstanding $362 charge and a $30 fee that were supposed to be removed. I’ve called twice and was told it would be handled and that I would receive a follow-up call, which never happened. This level of billing error and lack of follow-through is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I should not have to repeatedly chase down corrections for charges that should have never occurred. I am now forced to escalate this through my bank.
