Absolutely amazing hotel and staff, definitely one of the very best hotels in the world

Picked Raffles based on its reputation, reviews and price, we were not disappointed. The hotel is fantastic,architecture is impressive, very clean and has excellent facilities. The most amazing part of the hotel though is its staff. They made our stay very relaxed, almost like home.

This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers. We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW. A family of four. Two teenagers in their own room. We booked two executive ocean rooms in the Al Qars . The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. The staff all call you by your name and they genuinely make an effort to be personal and authentic. Amazing hotel

Thought the staff in general from the room attendants to the beach staff were all highly professional .Everyone always had a smile on their face and nothing was too difficult . I'm certainly looking forward to my return in April, I just hope the weather is a bit better [ ha ha ]

Came for a short break with a friend for 3 nights as a treat from hubby. Trying to choose the ideal hotel can be an exciting yet exhausting task but I'm so happy that we finally chose this one and it certainly lived up to expectations. A truly lovely 5-star hotel with great service, facilities and food.

The Address is the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed in. It is so well maintained that it looks like it has just been built. The bedroom and bathroom were enormous. Aside from the usual facilities, there is free bottled water and an iPad in the bedroom. The bedroom and bathroom had excellent views over the Marina. Great Hotel. High level of quality and service throughout. Unfortunately we went in August and it should have been made clear that several restaurants within the hotel and the beach would be closed. They did provide a shuttle service to another beach but as these two things were a strong draw for booking here it was disappointing in the extreme. Definitely recommend but don’t go in August.

Very helpful staff in the hotel especially in the club lounge

Hotel newly opened, facilities second to none - but not if you're a technophobe! (no light switches). Great to be part of larger complex including internal waterways and golf buggy type transportation around a vast site. Hotel right next door to Burj Al Arab, with many rooms having direct view of prominent Dubai skyline feature. Separate adult pool was a big plus.

Fantastic location - excellent breakfast and really good attentive service. Rooms were big and well equipped and swimming pool was lovely - bar staff and lifeguards really good too.

Amazing hotel! The room was beautiful with amazing bathroom. The service was incredible and they went out of their way to show you around the hotel and the facilities. The restaurants and bars were fantastic and the private beach was great. So much better than other hotels on the Palm!
