I have stayed here a few tines bow abd it never disappoints. Staff so friendly and helpful. There is some building works going on at the moment so there is dome bousr around the pool area. It didnt bothef us. Thank you to all staff in club lounge.

Stayed here a number of times as I believe best value for family friendly 5 star hotel in Dubai. Room was great. Breakfast good. Pool area and gardens are excellent although there is now building works next door which look like will take years

Excellent stay

Excellent stay at this fabulous hotel and the wonderful and friendly staff that support it who were so friendly and helpful. The room we were given was amazing with one of the best views of Dubai marina and the Dubai eye. Thank you for making this vacation a great trip

Location is perfect and the pool, gardens and beach area well Kept and very pleasant. The staff is awesome. Wonderful place to stay do not hesitate

Excellent hotel in a great location. All the staff were very friendly thanks to mayat in the club lounge who looked after us always smiling and friendly and aman on reception who checked us in. Will definitely be back soon

The staff make this experience, whether this is the house keeping staff, the restaurant staff or the front office staff, they are there to help ensure that your stay is pleasant and problem free. The only downside is the construction work happening adjacent to the hotel.

All the facilities are clean and well maintained. Beds are super comfortable with quality sheets. Beach is at the back of hotel, with sun deck chairs and bar service. Pool is amazing with spa and activities. Staff are super helpful and nice. Buffets are 5 star with quality food and variety.
