"The grandeur of the hotel, the very attentive and welcoming staff. The rooms were clean and the coffee bar well stocked daily. The breakfast was brilliant wit a huge range to choose from and parts of the breakfast were changed almost daily to add variety. The best was the friendly staff in every part of the hotel that made you feel special. The hotel is expensive and there are areas that travellers need to be made aware off: 1. The water sports are NOT included and is chargeable (this is supplied by a separate company and is complimentary between 9am and 11am - the time you may be at breakfast) 2. Be careful if you have water or tea or coffee with your dinner - this is chargeable and is not cheap. Take your one water to dinner is the solution 3. The hotel is on the furthest tip of the Palm, so travelling to and from the hotel can add up quickly 4. The a-la-carte restaurants serve really good food, however you want to experience more than one starter, one main and one dessert. The best part is that the staff make the hotel experience, always happy to oblige and going the extra mile to make your experience unforgettable "
