Great location and staff, would recommend!

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff, definitely one of the very best hotels in the world

We are a family with under 3 toddler. The hotel was super for everything, clean, friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Even in the event of coronavirus, the hotel made perfect arrangements to ensure safety of guests. The hotel is ideally located immediately next to Marina mall and many restaurants, plus the wonderful marina walk. Highly recommended and excellent value.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff

What a beautiful, luxurious hotel. Me and my sister thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Each staff at the hotel, from reception, concierge boys to the room cleaners (Manish!), and the boutique owners on GF were ever so kind and thoughtful - always had a smile and sweet words to say! It was a very comfortable stay. The location is on point! Will definitely be staying at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach again very soon!

Just returned from a recent stay at this hotel. The location was fabulous right by Dubai Marina. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very well looked after by Lalit, Rafiq Jay and Harry. The apartment was a deluxe one bedroom apartment overlooking the marina from the 29th floor. The location was vibrant. 3rd visit having tried other local hotels. This is better for location, facilities and above all staff. Girls in the exec suite (Jamesse for example) are lovely and can’t do enough for you. Great place to stay 👍

The hotel was amazing. The staff were 1st class. We got upgraded to floor 30. Arrived at 10am and they had our room ready . It was my wife’s birthday and they had decorated the room also . Couldn’t find a single fault. When bookin ask for over floor 20 and a marina view ! You won’t be disappointed.

The Sheraton Hotel is the ideal hotel for exploring Dubai. Although it is at the southern end of the city the Metro and tram stops are just a few minutes walk away, as is the Marina, an enjoyable mixture of boats, shops, and restaurants. Good location, near marina and train station

The hotel itself is brilliant. Well equipped with some of the friendliest staff around. The only issue is the surrounding area is a building site. The noise is rarely an issue unless you open your balcony door but it also means there is nothing to do around the property nor are there any nearby places to eat/visit This is offset by the good transport links and the excellent free valet parking.

Picked Raffles based on its reputation, reviews and price, we were not disappointed. The hotel is fantastic,architecture is impressive, very clean and has excellent facilities. The most amazing part of the hotel though is its staff. They made our stay very relaxed, almost like home.
