"Everyone in the staff was super helpful. The location is great. They offer free shuttle service to/from the mall of emirates which is very convenient and saved me ~300 AED that otherwise I would have paid for taxi ride. The view from the room was amazing and all the amenities were very good. "

"I had a very enjoyable stay at Rixos Premium JBR, the room was very comfortable and house keeping was absolutely superb. I had a half board booking which was a little disappointing that this only covered the Turquoise restaurant buffet for breakfast and evening meal - in other hotels I have stayed in each restaurant would have a half board menu which allowed much more choice. I found myself eating out most evenings just to have a bit of variety with so many restaurants along JBR, so next time I would probably book just bed and breakfast. The Azure pool and beach club was absolutely fantastic with the beach, two pools and plenty of loungers, the staff there couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. The location at JBR is fantastic and is lively."
