"Penthouse suite wonderful, huge, very clean, would definitely visit again. Restaurant, clean, bright but had the feel of a canteen, not quite right for evening meal. The food was tasty but they tend to stick to the same cakes for dessert, not much other choice. Would come again but only have self catering or B & B."

Location is fantastic and the facilities are everything we need, especially the Wave breaker restaurant. The new layout of the pool areas have only improved things. "Almost absolutely everything about the hotel was perfect Staff were polite Room was clean & regularly maintained The valet team were impeccable The only downside we had is the food. We paid an extra £300 for the breakfast When we arrived the breakfast buffet was closed for renovation They alternatively had a cafe or room service for breakfast Each morning whether we had the room service or cafe The food was hard, tasteless and not very nice. Almost didn’t finish it every time. It was so upsetting because we saw on social media the breakfast here was to die for and feel like we wasted those extra few hundreds when it could’ve been spent eating out for breakfast "

"The staff were polite and respectful. The overall cleanliness was disappointing and felt quite superficial. While the beds appeared to be made and likely had fresh sheets, the rest of the room did not seem properly cleaned. The bathroom in particular needed much more attention — items were simply topped up rather than the area being thoroughly cleaned, and the tray holding toiletries was visibly dirty. The balcony was unusable, with a cockroach present and bird droppings on the chairs, which made it unpleasant to sit outside. Inside, the kitchen table and surrounding area had not been cleaned, and the floors did not appear to have been hoovered or mopped. Overall, the cleaning felt rushed and incomplete rather than thorough."
