"The hotel looked very run down and cleanliness was the main issue I can pinpoint that definitely needs a lot of working. the TV remotes were all dirty with sticky stuff. the kitchen appliances were dirty and needed rewashing. house keeping did minimum effort to clean the room."

"This is the first time in two years I make a critical comment about a hotel I have stayed in Dubai. The entrance was undergoing works and visitors had to go through a little door on the side leading to a dirty service corridor. The corridors on the 6th floor where I was staying had pieces of paper and plastic on the carpet. What was the most disappointing was the breakfast: food such as scrambled eggs and sausages were oily and seemed exposed for too long. The breakfast room was dark and drab....
