"The hotel is very well maintained and the staff are all very friendly and supportive. Clean, great access to pool and beach and transportation to multiple beach clubs all from the hotel provided. We were on our honeymoon and we had VIP access booked, but we did not receive any of these benefits and we asked the reception for any sort of upgrades for honeymoon, we unfortunately didn’t get any room upgrades.
