A fantastic hotel nestled on the border of traditional Dubai and the glitzy new Dubai! Al Satwa and Al Jafliya a few minutes walk one way and Sheikh Zayed Road a few minutes walk the other way! Picked Raffles based on its reputation, reviews and price, we were not disappointed. The hotel is fantastic,architecture is impressive, very clean and has excellent facilities. The most amazing part of the hotel though is its staff. They made our stay very relaxed, almost like home.

Easy check in. My partner and I were there for two weeks and we just needed a place to sleep so it was more than perfect and I'm very fussy. Shuttles service to the metro, Dubai mall, kite beach and JBR provided all at certain times with a pick up also excluding JBR. With the metro it's very easy to get anywhere. 2minz walk from hotel and you'll find a papa johns if you don't want to eat at the restaurat, Starbucks and many other restaurants along this road. My wife and 2 kids had a Wonderful stay at the Element Al Mina Hotel. Spacious and well decorated living space. Great staff, helped with so many of our requests. Will 1000% be back. Great central location to get to everywhere in Dubai.

We could not fault it. The staff could not do enough for you. The rooms were cleaned and restocked every day. The pool was great and you could always get a sunbed. Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Only concerns were around the cost of food and drink in the restaurants. It's expensive. Best to eat out in the evenings.

We had a good stay here, the staff are all very attentive and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection for most tastes and the evening buffet was also nice. We used the pool on the top floor in the evenings and it was always mostly empty. I even had a lovely chocolate birthday cake left in my room when I returned from work, which was a real surprise and a lovely touch. All in all, really enjoyed our stay here and would go back if we worked in Dubai again.

It always leaves up to our expectations, facilities are great and location is convenient. Staff couldn't do enough for you and always very polite. Rooms are spacious and well maintained.

Stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. Service is excellent from check in, up to housekeeping. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is walking distance to metro station, restaurants, shopping centre and hop on and hop off buses.

I had a really pleasant stay here for two nights as a solo traveller. The heritage vibe was totally different from any of my experiences on previous trips to Dubai. The hotel is spread out across the Al Seef Heritage Village in which there are numerous, high quality dining and retail opportunities. The hotel was amazing. Beautiful pool and so clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly and made us feel so welcomed. We will be definitely staying here again. The location is good as your central to everywhere. There is also a bus to the beach which only took 10 minutes and the beach was beautiful and clean.

We arrived at The Grayton hotel on the Saturday 12th November 2022. We were impressed by the decor as we walked into the hotel lobby. The staff in the reception area were polite and informative. We were told that the hotel had been able to offer us a free room upgrade which was a very pleasant surprise.
