On arrival there were some unsightly marks around the bathroom that needed cleaning, the curtains were damaged as was the sink plug. We found the bed and pillows a bit hard and uncomfortable and on reflection we would have preferred a location closer to the beaches as its very difficult to walk in Dubai because of the traffic and huge distances.
