We could not fault it. The staff could not do enough for you. The rooms were cleaned and restocked every day. The pool was great and you could always get a sunbed. Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Only concerns were around the cost of food and drink in the restaurants. It's expensive. Best to eat out in the evenings.

Our stay was pleasant hotel staff was very helpful. The only problem we had was we booked for three guests and they only have 2 beds in the room we requested up on booking that we want three beds then they put another rollaway bed in there. I would say all three paid the same rate so why one person has to sleep on guest bed it's not comfortable at all.

This hotel was perfect. Everything was up to standard and it was more than expected. Tourists areas were easy to get to, very convenient, there were varieties of restaurants to choose from just 5 mins away driving, the cleanliness of our room was excellent, their breakfast was just the best, they give a lot of options and everything was tasty and yummy. All the breakfast staff as well as cleaners, made us feel homely and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast team was amazing and always catered to my Vegan diet but unfortunately, out of breakfast I couldn’t enjoy the other restaurants in the hotel because of the lack of Vegan options. The hotel itself and its facilities are beyond incredible in my opinion, just have more dietary options available for those of us who are Vegan!

I stayed for 15 nights. Was in room 406. Masood was brilliant went over and above cleaned room every day. He waited till we went out for the day to clean. Security were excellent especially Juma and proboti they were all good. Staff purani dehli great service. Mr Azhar cannot thank him enough along side hamza and basit. Even with the maintenance going on operation were excellant. From check in to check out was seamless. Mr Abdallah always there to help with a great smilr. Four points delivered...

Even in the event of coronavirus, the hotel made perfect arrangements to ensure safety of guests. The hotel is ideally located immediately next to Marina mall and many restaurants, plus the wonderful marina walk. Highly recommended and excellent value.
