Highly recommend if you are looking for the real old Dubai experience! Perfect immersive atmosphere, quiet and peaceful. Flowers, birds and perfumed air right next to the water. Very friendly and attentive staff in all of the areas, from reception to the restaurant! I'd love to mention of all them but I lost the list of names I could say that the service was as close as the one I got at St. Regis!!! Great breakfast options with a very extensive menu, a lot of nice local dishes, the breakfast coffee is prepared by a barista and all the food is Top quality. I would definitely go back. I booked a terrace room in an high floor, with my own little outdoor space and a fantastic sunset view over the traditional roofs on one side and the water view on the other. The location is 25 meters from the Green line Metro (2 stops from the Red Line intersection), the Hotel is positioned on the Quayside of Dubai Creek. Everything about this stay is a thumbs up! Sri on reception is most helpful and understanding to all your needs, he even arranged ice cubes in my room without my request, because I told him I had sore eyes! The cleanliness is immaculate. I was very impressed with the bath tiles and shower glass door. Thank you Yoleta! The breakfast is served at a restaurant next door. It is very nice, but I would just say it's not necessary to pay in advance with your room booking because there isn't a buffet, and so you can order up to 150 dirhams which is exactly what you pay if you reserve with your room. Better to see the menu first, and order a la carte that way you are pay for what you eat. There is a pay car park close to the hotel, it was very busy when I was there, so I had to park a little further away. The manager was lovely and gave me complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience which I really appreciated. He also said he is in the process of applying for a couple of spaces for hotel guests to use. Overall, I had a fabulous time and for sure I will stay again and again! The Hotel kindly let us check in early as the room was available and its traditional Arab style was just what we were hoping for. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay; Beatrice looked after us most days at Breakfast and she was lovely (the food was too). The ladies that serviced our room did a great job and we loved the traditional look and feel of the Hotel.
