Beautiful spacious room which looked out over the skyline. Exceptional breakfast staff were amazing especially Katie who always had a smile and a warm greeting. Reception team always had a warm welcome and nothing too much trouble.
The adult pool was lovely and a great place to spend the day relaxing on a comfy sun-lounger.
Overall the Waldorf is a wonderful hotel offering exceptional service.

Great staycation, recommend half board option, food was delicious and abundant. The premier lounge is convenient but a bit restricted in food and drinks timing and dress code etiquette.
The spa facilities are a must.
I wish the pool had a pool bar.
My very spacious room, which I loved, had a huge Bath tub, tub salt and bubbles are not provided.

Great time at the One and Only mirage. Only slight shame that some of the resort was closed over the summer/conflict but all staff were excellent and the available facilities were well maintained and lovely to use.
