The hotel is very nice and clean. Unfortunately there is construction next door 24 hours a day. It’s too loud plus you always hear traffic. Staff is great too!

Hotel is brand new and staff is very friendly. Breakfast is delicious .Parking very convenient. The only downside is noise because its around parties and traffic gets pretty bad on weekends.

I had a pleasant 2 nights stay in Tumbi Hotel. The best was absolutely comfortable and slept well. It was clean and smells really nice. The view was beautiful while having breakfast. Overall, I’d recommend staying in Tumbi Hotel.

The MOST Comfy Bed

Genuinely the MOST comfy bed, I have slept in! Normally I cant wait to get home and get in my own bed, but this is the first time I dont. The staff were amazing and even retrieved my sunglasses I left in the restroom after checkout. Yes, the location could be better, but with the Marina and Atlantis a very short drive away I can’t complain. I would definitely return.

West palm break

Spent four nights here over Christmas. The hotel was only a month old and in a great location set back from the west palm beach boardwalk. Small rooftop pool and restaurant friendly staff makes this a great place to stay. Other bars and restaurants not to mention and array of beach clubs nearby.

Everything was great. There was a slight issue in my room where as a business traveler we need power for all the things. 2 of the 3 USB ports that were built in did not work. But, frankly, that is very minor. Staff, service, conditions were all excellent Will stay there again for sure

We stayed 1 night and we enjoyed our stay. They have a small rooftop pool next to the rooftop restaurant. In the Reception/lobby there is a small gift shop. Also there is another restaurant there with a pretty outside dining area. The staff were lovely. We will be back. Thank you

First, they gave a low level room which they finally changed after two nights cutting the stay in half. To their defense, they made an effort to accommodate and did not completely ignore the request. Overall the hotel is heavily overpriced for what it is. The worst thing was the strong fragrance smell in all the rooms which caused severe allergic reaction for me andmade the stay a torture. Fragrance sprays, especially strong ones, should not be allowed inrooms!!

Small comfy rooms but service needs an upgrade.

The hotel responded to.my arrival and room request email a day after I checked in! Although they were not full, they did not honour any of the room requests asked for, despite requesting the same at the time of check-in. The hotel and rooms are Small - a little bigger than budget hotel Ibis but are much better furnished. Calls to the Reception take time to be answered. They have staff standing around asking you if your stay is comfortable but don't do what is required. They have a very small dining area at the roof top, which was closed most evenings. The dEATox cafe was also empty onost days. Didn't seem like a lot of guests use the in-house facilities. So small but comfy rooms, but service needs a big upgrade.
