They have the upmost respect for the guests and are very helpful. I felt like a very special and important guest and they demonstrate that same behavior towards everybody. Big tick on customer service. The hotel was very spacious and great sized beds, we went for a 2 bed apartment and it was huge. Only issue was the rooms looked slightly dated and there were areas which looked like there was dirt, like the vents which some might not think much off but that is an area which could be harbouring bacteria and germs. The room service team do a great job and i feel perhaps this area needs specialist care due to its location and complexity due to it having moving parts. The area is absolutely ideal as its a short walk from the beach if you take the route from outside the plaza and forecourt. Taxis drop you off at the parking level on the ground floor and there are a load of food places who can drop to your door service.
