"was great, let us check in 2 hours earlier which worked out perfectly since we were on a time limit. huge and a lot of walking but that's everywhere in vegas. cheap for how nice it is definitely recommend!"

"The staff were rude. They wouldn’t help me redeem my tickets I purchased online. House keeping stole my iPhone holder. House keeping wouldn’t come. I had to call four times to have someone come. However, came right on time when checking out. The food all was expensive. Nothing was cleaned except for the pool area and Casinos. The elevators floor tiles are broken and it kept bouncing and moving before doors closed. In the room was mold. Not a lot of hangers. Plus in the room where wires and holds everywhere. It was so bad! There was no microwave or coffee makers! The curtains had stains on them. The refrigerator was broken! The worst stay!"

"Overall the stay was nice. They should state that the option for run of house will most likely be the Carson tower. The rooms need better ventilation as it smelled a bit dewy from humidity."

"we had a great time at the resort, the only disappointing thing was that the walkway to the sphere was closed and there was quite a few homeless /vagrant people hanging out on the sidewalk to get there. not a pleasant sight to see them picking thru the garbage. but the resort is great. food is amazing. room was spacious/ clean . we will be back again."
