Fantastic Hotel, friendly staff, clean comfy room, great food and beautiful building and grounds

Hotel great but have been ripped off by the car parking i paid for the parking through the hotel only to then have a parking ticket sent to my house saying i owe £100 but £60 if i pay within 14 day!!! Outraged.... I never got a receipt for the parking from the hotel which i asked to be emailed to me (and no its not in my spam folder) and now i have to fight to not pay this fine!!! I cannot call the hotel direct as there is no direct number due to this being a chain hotel. The staff were great...

The Belgrave Hotel never lets us down. We have stayed here a few times over the past few years and it is always a great experience. The staff are all lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them, the rooms are spotlessly clean with everything you need for a break away and breakfast is spot on. I always highly recommend this hotel to family and friends

Excellent hotel in a great location. The room was gorgeous - clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly - customer service outstanding. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Excellent hotel in a great location.

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Great looking hotel, good sized rooms for the price in a great location

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay - the room was quiet, clean, extremely comfortable and furnished to high standards. The fridge had complimentary drinks and snacks which was a lovely addition. The terrace is lovely for drinks and amazing food. Breakfast was also amazing with every choice you could think of that a breakfast could entail. Staff are very attentive, welcoming and very helpful. A wonderful stay and would recommend to all.

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.

Lovely cute and cosy room, staff were welcoming and able to support every request. Lovely location, would book again!

This was our second stay at The Rembrandt and we really couldn't fault it. It's now our go to hotel when we're in the area, one of the best we've stayed in in London.

Great service and super clean

Great hotel in an excellent location for our sightseeing visit. Staff are super friendly and the beds are very comfortable. For our next stay in London, we will be returning. Breakfast choice was great to!

Unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, which was lovely. Stayed at Baileys multiple times over the past few years, a lovely, comfy, traditional London hotel with out the ostentatious bling. Friendly and helpful staff, stones throw from good transportation for London exploration. The only slight negative, no bedside clock, so had to check my phone or Ipad for time in the wee small hours.

Great hotel but very warm, nice shower good location. A little pricey for what you get but would stay again. Was told would get an upgrade but never happened.
