The room wss lovely. Free upgrsde to a river view. Only 10-15 mins walk from the tube
20 minutes walk on the riverside to the London eye. Near to the house of parliament.
There was a floating bar across the road which was definitely worth a visit. The staff were very friendly and welcoming when we checked. In. Gary was very helpful to us when we explained it was our first visit to London to see family and the sites. We will definitely be booking with tge hotel again. Thank you for an...

Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

Unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, which was lovely. Stayed at Baileys multiple times over the past few years, a lovely, comfy, traditional London hotel with out the ostentatious bling. Friendly and helpful staff, stones throw from good transportation for London exploration. The only slight negative, no bedside clock, so had to check my phone or Ipad for time in the wee small hours.
