"Hotel was in a great location with short, easy walks of New Street train station and Utilita Arena. The hotel felt new, fresh and modern. Our room was large, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Would stay again."

"We stayed one night for a night out to the theatre. Location is ideal , many restaurants around , you in the heart of the city centre. Hotel is clean and comfortable, perfect for a one night (we stayed in double room , it’s on the smaller size , but this is all you need). Good coffee in the room and complimentary still/ sparkling water I thought was a lovely touch "

"Great hotel. Even though slow service in the Madaleine bar, it has a nice ambience. Would recommend that you reserve a seat or else would end up on a bar stool which I deemed uncomfortable. Breakfast time service they could not do enough for you even though asked for brown sauce and got red. Room great, beds comfortable but housekeeping needs to sort out the cleanliness of the room as a lot of dust but that maybe is due to it being an old building. Would definitely recommend staying there."

"The Staff were really helpful and friendly on Reception. Unfortunately i was unwell on the day of check out so unable to go for Breakfast. My Husband informed the staff in the Breakfast room that the table was for one person less as there were four of us. The Staff were most helpful gave my Husband a tray to pick what he needed to take to the room. They did offer to do this themselves. It takes nothing to be kind so thank you for the staff’s kindness it means a lot.The Hotel was very clean our room was spotless.Great position for visiting Arena, Sea-life,Legoland and many more places. Everything within walking distance."
