"Loved the location of The Old Mill hotel, on arrival reception was welcoming and friendly.
The Hotel is an old building full of character.Room was clean .
The Italian Restaurant was ok, food was nice but not what we would call authentic Italian.
Disappointedly on our last night our food was significantly delayed, seemed our order was forgotten, after asking the waitress how much longer would our dinner be ,she carried on walking we sadly didn't even get a sorry I will find out for you ! The food was eventually brought to us 85minutes after ordering steak and chips ! Still no kind of an apology. This lack of customer service made a negative impact on our stay."
