"Great Hotel, perfect location for getting around down town. We had a vault room and were very pleased with the amount of space and quality of the fixtures. The bed was very comfortable and had USB sockets for charging, very important for US travelers so we don't need a UK adapter. If I was staying longer, I might like a more comfortable sitting chair for TV, but it wasn't an issue this time. The only issue was we didn't realize until morning, that we didn't have caffeinated coffee for the Nespresso machine. But a little Decaf faked us out until we got to a coffee shop around the corner."
