Very close to the train station. Lot of pubs around. The check-in was quick. The palace was spacious and clean. The breakfast was basic. Overall a good option for the price.

What a wonderful stay! The hotel was central to everything in Bristol, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was roomy and very comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

We’ve just enjoyed a four night stay in Bristol heavily focused on shows at the Hippodrome. The flat was situated perfectly for easy walking to the venue, across to Cabot Circus and Broad Mead and also for exploring on foot further afield. The accommodation was extremely well furnished and decorated, very comfortable and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the secure parking was excellent. Communications with the company were spot on, their instructions were easy to follow and slight problems were resolved in a very speedy and impressive manner. All in all this was a great trip made even better with superb accommodation.

The entrance and lobby area is quite something. The staff are very friendly and on hand for anything you may require. They also left our son a card and some chocolates for his birthday which was a nice touch. The rooms are spacious and well decorated but beds seem small, mattresses are soft and comfortable. The room cleanliness was questionable quite a number of stains on the carpet, windows dirty, the carpet and tiles were not clean and didn’t seem as if the carpet had been hoovered. The wardrobe smelt like fish and the robes that were left had makeup stains on them along with some “other” stains. Coffee machine and tea facilities was well stocked along with the mini fridge items. The hallways and lobby’s really smelt like a particular plant you’d smoke. For the amount of time we were in the room it was “fine” if we were staying longer than the one night I’d definitely have complained about the room. For £200 a night I’d expect the finishing touches and cleanliness to be A*. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

"Lovely hotel with very comfortable clean rooms with a spacious bathroom. Lots of snug areas to sit in and chill or read. Great breakfast in the morning with attentive staff. A very pleasant experience. Very central plenty of car parks around. Would definitely use again."
