The Old Mill Hotel

"A clean and well-maintained facility, especially considering its age. The room was a little small, but comfortable and adequate. The meals looked good and were well presented. However, the facility would benefit from some upgrades, particularly the installation of air conditioning. The fan provided was quite noisy, which made it less comfortable, especially at night."

"All in all what you would expect from Holiday Inn. Clean room with comfortable bed, made up as we needed it. Lift was out of order so reception staff went the extra mile to assist with carrying baggage up the stairs. In the middle of a heatwave so room was very hot. Although the air conditioning was supposedly able to be turned down, it kept resetting back to a higher, warmer temperature which was frustrating. Breakfast was plentiful and filling. Parking very expensive."

"Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, the staff were wonderful, made our Anniversary and my husband’s birthday so special. Rooms are beautifully designed and the bed was so comfortable, great nights sleep. Will definitely return"

"Great property and friendly staff. Refurbed rooms look great although the water pressure was white low. Beds are really comfortable. Only negative was no aircon, which is mitigated by fans, but the windows don't really open more than an inch (2nd floor) so impossible to get air flow. Doesn't really cater for children, with.thijgs like bed guards, considering how high the beds are"

"We had a lovely stay here, good air con in the room, all well maintained, all appeared very clean. Nice little spa too which was easy to book slots on arrival. Good central location. Would stay again."

"Right in the center of Bath build in the original style. Charming, quaint, clean, quiet, well appointed rooms. Helpful staff (we had an emergency and needed to change our reservation. Staff was very helpful and patient)"

"My son and I stay here for one night every year in the summer holidays with our dog for a little get away. We love it! The food is amazing, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are extremely comfortable and the view is incredible!"

"Hotel is in a great location for a city getaway and was clean with fresh decor. Parking was independent and paid separately. Staff were nice. It was a bit pricey and it would have been better to get fresh water bottle daily in this heat."
