An amazing 10 night stay in a gem of a property surrounded by birds and nature. The room (suite) was clean, large and had air conditioning and ceiling fans. The rain showers were very effective with instant hot water at all times. It had a great private patio with hammock and little pool. The restaurant food was excellent in taste and presentation and staff like Kevin are very eager to help you choose a dish. Being a vegetarian there was an ok selection but the chef could do off menu dishes if...

Lovely hotel run by extremely helpful owners and staff.

This is a fantastic location for exploring Chichen Itza. Our rooms overlooked the jungle and pool area and had loads of wildlife to see. The pool was lovely and exactly what we needed after a long day exploring the ruins. Staff were friendly and nice. The restaurant was good with large portions. Slightly expensive, but the hotel is isolated so limited options available. Overall a lovely stay.

This could be the best hotel we have ever stayed at. We have never experienced the level of personalisation and care that Oriundo showed. From letting us choose the scent of our rooms, to having our favourite fruits in our room, different coffees and pastries delivered to the door each morning, this hotel is simply wonderful. There are only (I think) 5 or 6 rooms and certainly our room was incredibly special and beautiful. The on site dining is luxurious. All the staff, and in particular...

What a beautiful hotel. This was my first ever hotel in Mexico and it is amazing. The reception staff are really helpful eg they brought my breakfast around to the seating area outside my suite next to the pool so that I could sit and enjoy the view while taking my time to get through it. The free breakfast was some fruit and a slice of bread with jam and butter, and little pot of granola and yoghurt. However, with my Expedia booking I got a free a la carte breakfast and chose a sandwich with...

Over the last 40 years my wife and I have stayed in many hotels around the world. It would not be overstating it to say that our stay at the Mansion Merida Boutique Hotel was among the best we have stayed in. We were met on arrival by the owner, Raoul, who told us that the property, laid out around two courtyards, one containing a most welcome pool, used to be his grandfathers house. The rooms and the service were exceptional. A visit to Merida would not be complete without a night or two here.

Beautiful hotel that is luxurious and peaceful. Rooms are great, bed super comfortable, pool area is very relaxing (although doesn’t get much sun) and staff are friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast too. Would definitely stay again if ever in Merida.

lovely large room

Beautifully restored property with lots of character and history with excellent facilities and service. Many thanks to Felipe and all the staff for being so welcoming and offering useful tips to fully enjoy the area.

Amazingly cool, boutique hotel just a few blocks (10 mins walk) from the main square. Lovely pool, lobby and bar area. Staff very friendly. No parking or valet service available. We left car outside the property (only overnight) but staff seemed a bit muddled as to whether we might get a ticket etc. Otherwise all was wonderful

Un lugar muy lindo, limpio y bien ubicado. Además de un staff maravilloso. Volveré sin duda!

Room was lovely. Place was serene. Close walking distance to the centre of town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall loved it.

Lovely boutique hotel, an oasis of calm and very helpful staff. Good breakfast every morning and we had an excellent stay for a week, using it as a base to explore all round Merida. Highly recommended
