This was a great place to stay in Mérida, perfect location and the room was very comfortable! We stayed in one of the rooms with a private pool, perfect for two people to spend a hot afternoon. The room was clean, quiet and the mattress was soft and comfortable. The only thing that would make it better is a mini fridge so that you could enjoy cold drinks while sitting in the pool! Speaking of cold drinks, you were always able to refill your water bottle with cold purified water in the front lobby, which really came in handy. While we never availed ourselves of the service, there was a small cafe in the centre that served coffee and breakfast too. Good location, close to one of the main squares, plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Walking home at night felt perfectly safe and well lit. All in all if I return to Mérida I would stay here again!

The property was more run down than the photos show on the website. The room was pretty but dirty. One of our rokms didnt have ac, clean towels or a working shower. The staff were nice and the restaurant was very nice and served us by the pool. The hotel is in an excellent location however. Overall we would stay again.

I had a pleasant stay at the Gamma property in Mérida. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around the city. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The beds were a little on the softer side — a bit squishy for my preference — but overall, I still slept well. I didn’t get a chance to try the buffet, and to be honest, I wasn’t particularly drawn to it, but there were other good dining options nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable and easy stay, and I would consider returning for a short visit to Mérida.
