Positives: Super charming and welcoming hotel with an amazing pool and rooftop. Staff was friendly and helpful. It’s not in the middle of the city where most restaurants are, but an easy 10–15 minute walk gets you there. There’s a great supermarket right across Avenida Cobá, and parking is conveniently in front of the hotel. They offer beach towels, and our room was comfortable. Best of all, there are three super cute and friendly orange cats living on the property. Ok: Breakfast is included but with limited options; still decent to start the day. The shower drain was initially too tight, preventing proper water flow, but loosening it solved the issue. Negatives: Towels could be fluffier, no non-dairy milk options at breakfast, and our balcony’s sliding door was hard to pull. Overall: A cozy, cat-friendly boutique stay with a great location and relaxing amenities — with a few small details that could make it even better.

Super nice property, staff was very friendly! Would definitely stay again! Note that the area on the beach strip is very expensive dinning and limited transportation options that don’t break the bank! Bike rentals are you best option but even on the beach front road you have to pay to park your bike for dinner.

I got full princess Jasmine vibes staying here it was stunningly beautiful. I opted to stay here since I wanted to relax and unwind it peace and quiet and that’s exactly what this delivered. The place is clean and no complaints on that. There was a lot of sagrado upon my stay BUT nothing hotel could do we just went on bad timing. Things I do think facility could improve on is the overall pool it was quite small as a 5’6 & 6ft couple we didn’t much enjoy the pool as we felt we couldn’t stand on it.

This hotel is magnificent. So clean and well maintained. The room was extraordinary. Never experienced a hotel room with a pool in it. The bar tender Thomas has experience with making good drinks. The restaurant Samsara was great. The food options were excellent and the service was very good. Their coffee every morning was amazing. I love the long pool that stretches from the front to the back of the hotel. Pool guy maintained the pool clean from leaves and bugs. They all have a spa, yoga, ice bath, and sound healing on site.

I cannot say enough good things about this boutique hotel – it completely exceeded my expectations and made my trip to Tulum unforgettable. The property itself is stunning – a perfect blend of natural jungle vibes and curated luxury. My room was beautifully designed. It was peaceful, quiet, and incredibly clean. The pool area is a dream: tranquil, well-kept, and surrounded by lush greenery. I spent hours lounging with a cocktail in hand, soaking in the calm energy. Breakfast was made to order every morning and featured fresh, local ingredients – don’t miss the chilaquiles! If you’re looking for a place with soul, style, and standout service, this is it. I’ve traveled a lot, and this place ranks among my top stays ever. Already dreaming about my return trip!
