This hotel is enchanting - picture perfect; the staff is very friendly and attentive, even the chefs were quick to great us. The breakfast was exceptional. Our room was very comfortable and the mini bar was reasonably priced, which we appreciated. There’s a safe parking lot a block or so away, which is very important if you’re coming by car. Valladolid is a charming town and this hotel is nicely situated to be walkable to the town center, lots of restaurants and shops. We did experience some street noise, which isn’t the fault of the hotel and we assisted after the first day, but location is something to consider if you’re a light sleeper.

This property is a hidden gem! Although this property is small but everything else made up for it. It’s walking distance to shops, cathedral, and more. There’s two entrances to the hotel with parking across the street on the other entrance/ exit- a bit confusing but no big deal. Once you’re inside, you’ll be transported to another world. Such a cute romantic hotel.

Nice and clean

Great hotel, very clean and welcoming. The only down side was that the house just beside the hotel has at least 10 dogs barking for hours... Sounded like they were in our room. Beside that detail, we really enjoyed our stay and would go again.

It was impossible to sleep later than 7 am staying on the first floor because people had breakfast 5 feet away starting at that time and the staff were cleaning the outdoor dining area then too. The hotel should not provide the first floors rooms to any guest. The property is very narrow and the home next door has a pack of dogs that barked starting at 5 am. I understand this is outside the hotel’s control, but they could do more to soundproof the room. The closets were unusable because they were comically narrow. They didn’t provide a rod to hang things on because hangers wouldn’t fit. The staff were friendly and I appreciate that. I expected more based on the hotel’s nightly rate. Very disappointed.

The ambience, Mexican style is amazing. The staff are all very kind and helpful. The food is outstandingly delicious. It's a very cozy hotel with everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Valladolid. I look forward to returning there soon.

The hotel is a small and quiet hotel with friendly staff and nice breakfast. We only stayed for a couple of nights and enjoyed our stay. However, please note that the room does not come with shower amenities such as shampoo, conditioner or slippers.

Lovely boutique hotel tucked away down a side street close to the main Valladolid square. Very pretty rooms and decor. We had a good stay. Just one thing - the rooms do not have telephones and you can hear the noise from the road, the pool and bar area. Also light comes in around the curtains very easily so if you sleep late, consider a sleeping mask. Overall we would recommend this hotel to our friends.

We were kept awake all night by dogs barking and yelping. The hotel said their neighbour had 10 dogs. The wi-fi was a reminder of 20 years ago when emails took ages to download. We complained and were told that is was due to rain and would be ok in two hours - it wasn't, and was the same throughout our stay. Couldn't download maps of our day's journey (or anthing else)!

I really wanted to like this hotel. But so many issues right from check in. First room had a leak in bathroom so changed rooms. The shower head didn’t flow correctly so water went everywhere. Sink sprayed water on you if you use it. Toilet seat was broken and didn’t function Bed sheets were old and not soft at all. Had to ask for towels and they never refilled our water. Pillows were old and uncomfortable. Every day at the front door of hotel was huge puddle of water. A car drove by and I got wet. The front desk person had no idea how to help. We asked for things and it never happened. For the price it’s not worth it. Ants in room mosquitoes everywhere. I do not recommend this hotel. I’m A huge traveler and I was so disappointed with this hotel. The food was good but that’s it.

This hotel stay was absolutely fantastic for us from the second we checked in until the very last moment we checked out. The room was beautiful, the hotel is decor and foliage is stunning, and the way it makes you feel like you are in an oasis was such a special treat. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.... Every part of it was perfect for us!

This hotel is extraordinary. It is hard to pick what stands out most as it is all so well done. The staff were friendly and attentive and made every aspect of our stay wonderful; it is no exaggeration to say that from the moment we arrived we felt at home. They helped us with our bags from the car to our room and offered us water as we checked in. Our room included a personalized welcoming card with tasty cookies and free water. The building is breath taking from the welcoming reception and amazing restaurant, to the numerous unique and private areas to dine. There are two beautifully appointed swimming pools surrounded by tropical plants and stunning art. And the room….oh my goodness, it was gorgeous. Comfortable beds, beautiful linens, a private deck with a small kitchen, table and hammock, and two more seating areas. The bathroom was lovely with a refreshing rain shower and beautifully scented personal care products. The attention to detail, beautiful furnishings and decor throughout this hotel continued in the room making it feel more like a stylish apartment than a hotel room. We enjoyed a welcome drink upon arrival and a delicious complimentary breakfast. The food and service were simply outstanding. This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. If you are in Valladolid, you must treat yourself to this special hotel experience.
