"The bed and bed linens were perfect! The lighting was not good at all plus, the space was very limited, and the only place to sit was on the bed! If I were to book another hotel with a shuttle, I think we would’ve had more options for dining So definitely the biggest positive was the comfortable bed and the linens , while the shower took over the full bathroom it was nice and hot and it was a rain shower"

This is a large hotel which meant we had a long walk down corridors with heavy bags - no offer to assist or provision of a luggage cart. Ordered a panini from room service - the worst I have ever seen - dried bread with a bit of melted cheese and ham - virtually inedible so give it a miss. Breakfast had a good range of food though only warm from the buffet. Convenience is its best attribute - certainly not up to the same standard as the Hilton properties in Australia - maybe because they have a captive audience."
