"We were a bit disappointed at first as Looked a bit tired when we arrived. But bedrooms spacious and very comfortable. Facilities were great with kids after a long flight. Loved the hot tub! Gym was one of the best gyms I have been too in a hotel- they had every piece of equipment. Breakfast was very enjoyable too! If you over look the bad lighting and needing a little update. It was perfect for our stop over with 3 kids. Great price too. "

"The staff was absolutely amazing. Our personal concierge José was attentive and helpful. The restaurant was delicious, the property was quiet and beautiful. They took care of everything for us -reservations, transportation, recommendations, etc. Everyone knew our names, housekeeping was impeccable. We toured the nature reserve and our guide Clarence was so friendly and knowledgeable. I would never stay anywhere else. "

"The most special thing about this property is the abundant wildlife that is unique to Costa Rica. We had monkeys, iguanas and a toucan right outside our patio area. You can take a sloth walk and learn their habits and locations. Jans, our concierge, was very helpful in arranging several tours for us, transportation, and a grocery order.
