"Be sure to read this review! I went ahead and gave it five stars to hopefully balance out the poor reviews it had already received. This property was absolutely fantastic! The room was plenty big enough and had a full kitchen and refrigerator. The only two things that I can say is you need to look for the property as condominio Urban flats. That is the only way you will find this place. I think as long as you know this hopefully you won't need much contact from the management company. The place...

"Cabaña rústica en un lindo lugar al que hay que llegar con 4x4 por el último tramo hasta la casa. El propietario (Álvaro) fue muy amable. A la casa le hace falta algo de acondicionamiento: no dispone de agua caliente (puede hacer frío) y eché de menos que estuviera algo más acondicionada (limpieza y algún detalle adicional). "Beautiful room and beautiful hotel. They were attentive and fit my specific needs. I was looking for a place to relax where I did not have to leave. The restaurant for dinner was amazing and affordable. The breakfast was delicious and ran long enough for me to sleep in a bit. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again "

"Listen the Hyatt Centric Escazu is the best place to stay and if you have never stayed at this hotel before I would encourage you to go and stay. From the time you walk in through the front door to the time you walk out the front doors from your stay it’s just amazing from beginning to end. I can’t thank everyone there enough for all of their hard work and their hospitality and just sheer great great service. If you haven’t had an opportunity to visit, I would definitely recommend that you do."

"At first, the hotel was a bit hard to navigate but once we got the hang of where to go, how the parking and elevators work, etc, the hotel was just fine. We really liked the gym and the pool. The buffet was way overpriced ($25 per person) so we chose a la cart and it was yummy. "
