Lovely 1-Bed/1Ba apartment with Patio in Downtown!

Stylish Apartment is located in San Jose Downtown. A large queen bed sleeps 2 guests comfortably along with a private bathroom with hot water shower. The apartment features Air Conditioning, a private Kitchen with Refrigerator, microwave, and sink, LCD TV with cable and fast WIFI Internet. There is a work area with a desk and two stools. Outdoor Patio features natural light and sitting area. Apartment is on Second Floor Building, reception area has night Security Guard. We do not have onsite parking, however, we can recommend that you pay to park at Parqueo Avenida 6, which is one block away from our building.

Situated in the heart of downtown San José in a secure building with a night security guard on-site. Unfortunately, there was no on-site parking, but paid parking is located one block away. Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Beware, there is a bar across the street which can get noisy on some nights.

Very clean and comfortable. The on site representative welcomed us and provided all we needed. As others have mentioned, there sometimes can be some ambient noise from either the bars in the area or the traffic, but this didn’t disturb us too much - even though earplugs were provided, we didn’t use them. Will definitely book again if we are back in town in the future!

Cute little apartment

Convenient location, cute little apartment that was well-stocked and comfortable. Great value for the price! There were times were nobody was at the front desk but the host was always very responsive via text. We appreciated that they could hold onto our bags for a bit after checkout. Would stay here again!

Nice clean and modern studio

Property was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Located on a busy street a couple of blocks away from the central park. Street wasn't exceptionally clean, but there are plenty of restaurants and bakeries nearby plus several museums and landmarks. Nice staff as well.

Great stay

Staff was very attentive and the room was exactly as it looked online. Property/area is loud and that didn’t necessarily bother me as I chose the area because of the business. However, they do prepare you with ear plugs so they are attempting to get out ahead of issues resulting from noise.

Good value for the price

Posting said English and Spanish spoken but the person I dealt with spoke no English. We did ok though. She was a very hard worker and kept the place spotless top to bottom, not just the room. Almost every appliance you could think of was available for your use. Mercado was two blocks down on the same side of the street. Couple of places to get something to eat on the way there. It’s in the heart of downtown San Jose.

Todo en el apartamento me gustó ( limpieza, comodidad, utensilios de cocina, a.c., abanico, recepción, ubicación en la ciudad). Con mucho gusto, en otra oportunidad que vaya a Costa Rica, trataré de reservar una habitación en este lugar. Si hay que darle puntuación, merece un 10/10. Gracias por la atención del administrador, de la recepción y la otra persona que estaba asistiendo a Patricia en la recepción.
