We always stay here when catching an early morning flight from Chopin Airport. The reception staff are very helpful, they provide a free shuttle to the airport. We had to return the hire car at the airport the day before we flew and they even provided the shuttle to bring us to the hotel. The rooms are superb, clean and very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay - the location was perfect (a quiet street in the Old Town), staff members were friendly and helpful, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We are planning to return next year.

Located between Krakow Old Town and Jewish Quarter, this was perfect walking distance to everywhere. Suite was massive, Spotlessly clean with mini fridge in the room too. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends It was perfect. Breakfast each morning from 7am was also magnificent and set us all up for the day ahead. FIVE STARS *****

We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Lodz. Helpful staff, who all speak good English. This was our 6th stay at Andels and we'll be back in the summer for another long weekend.

We have stayed at this hotel in Warsaw several times, and it has always been a great experience! The location is fantastic, just a minute away from the airport, making it incredibly convenient, especially for early flights or overnight stays. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and consistently meets our expectations. We always enjoy staying here and would happily recommend it to anyone travelling through Warsaw. We will definitely be back again!

A superb hotel, it's positioning is perfect. Is at the edge of the marvelous Old Town & the whole area looked amazing with all the Christmas lights. Christmas Markets were good. Buses ran nearby & the metro was about a 5 minute walk away; plus the trams, all public transport was good. Museums are very good and explanations are in Polish & English. Clean, tidy and modern. Great location, especially in terms of the Old Town. Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. There is a little supermarket just across the street which is reasonably priced. Polish products are about half the price compared to the airport.

Although we arrived too early for our rooms to be ready, we were checked efficiently and were allowed to store our luggage. From this moment onwards, all hotel staff were courteous, helpful and professional. Our rooms were excellent - clean, of a decent size and, without being too British(!) - there were tea/coffee making facilities! The hotel reception area is very stylish and welcoming. The hotel is clean and has very nice service. It is close to the airport about 10 minutes walk. Worth recommending
