Stayed at hotel as a short anniversary getaway. The hotel has a friendly atmosphere. The bedroom and bathroom are a little on the small size but the four poster bed is amazing and very comfortable. Very quiet and suspect we were the only guests in the entire hotel but it was late November. Breakfast was very good with excellent service. Overall a beautiful hotel and will certainly stay again.

Clean, well priced and close to the airport

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. Always enjoy the personal attention and comfort of this top class homely hotel with a proper lounge Only snag don't get a front facing room if you are easily disturbed and can avoid it as it can be very noisy on the street during night especially Tuesday night for bins emptying. Haven’t been to Aviator Hampshire for a number of years, but it was just as lovely as I remembered. Room, Sky Bar, Breakfast, Staff - all exceptional. Special mention to Will on the front desk and Poppy who was assisting with breakfast in the morning. I’d highly recommend and I plan to return in the near future. Thank you!

Perfect stay

First time staying at the OWO and I have to say it did not disappoint

We stay at The Lanesborough regularly when visiting London. This was our second Christmas stay and we have already booked for 2024 because this hotel is wonderful. The staff are all incredible and make you feel so special.

The epitome of the perfect hotel. Nothing we have stay with comes close to the perfection of this hotel.

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!
