"Interesting views over harbour and estuary. Easy walking to town area, but cafes and restaurants don't open until late evening for dinner which is normal for non-tourist areas in Spain. Supermarkets available on the outskirts of town. Mountain areas accessible by road. Great breakfast choice and service excellent. "

"Great staff with great attitude. Probably the worst view I have ever had in a hotel room. Things that didn't work were quickly fixed. Clean, efficient, but nothing special. The 'Panorama' restaurant in the 4-star building felt more like a converted banquet room or a small college dining room. Uninspiring, though the rest of the 4-start property (where we did our check-in and check-out) was attractive. I don't stay much in resort hotels, so I am not be the best judge. I couldn't really fault...

"They were very nice at check in. I had to stay in the city to see my Dr early the next morning. The hotel is no-nonsense. Nothing special but they are nice. The rooms are clean and newly refurbished. The views from the terrace are lovely. Dining options and shopping are moments away. If I needed to stay in Lugo again I would consider this hotel. I slept very well. "
