After some research, it seems to me that they use very differentiated/dynamic pricing. The beach is one of the most stunning and I have visited and well worth seeing. He shared some insides of the "Las Catedales" visit that made a huge difference. Très propre, chambre ok, isolation phonique pas terrible , on entend un peu les voisins.
