This hotel is absolutely top class. Staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, well laid out with large well maintained rooms. The breakfast spread included in the price is very good with something for everyone. The Arctic Light restaurant open in the evening serves great reasonably priced food.

Amazing hotel. Room was lovely, food left was vast and unbelievable quality. Starbucks pods and the chocolate, amazing. Shower was best ever had.Yolanda on email is amazing to talk to. Within 30secs from town centre, withing 10secs from cracking burger and pizza restaurants for great take away. Within minutes from play park for kids, couple of hundred yards for the bus stop to Santapark/Santa Village/Airport. Taxi from Airport to hotel is about 25 to 27 euros. Takes about 7 minutes. Our stay at Halo Igloo was incredible. The room was lovely, everything was very clean and the hot tub and sauna were an added bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much for them. Staff were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help. On one day when we couldn’t get a taxi to one of our activities the man on reception offered to take us so that we would not miss it. Lovely accommodation and people. We hope to visit again.

Definitely a magical experience for our family! We were very blessed to witness an active aurora display during our stay.

Activities, staff, great room

Excellent staff who arranged early checkin both days on my stay as I arrived early the first day and needed to change another type of room on next day. Seamless move! Very happy for their absolutely tasty dinner and breakfast provided! Unforgettable experience !

Probably the best hotel / resort I've ever stayed in. We splurged for the Igloo and saw the Northern lights through the glass ceiling on our second night. Food was outstanding, especially considering it was a buffet, but you'd never know it. Staff were all incredible, super friendly, helpful and just some of the kindest people I've met. Will absolutely be back!

The property was very comfortable, clean and with everything we need. The hosts were super friendly and kind, easy to communicate. They offered us car rides to move around and suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants. Thanks a lot for this wonderful experience!
