It wasnt fair that some guests had a tv when we had to watch our phones. The toilet and shower were overall clean. The fridge and microwave in the room were a bonus however we have stayed here before and other rooms do not have this. It was quiet in the nights and the room temperature were always warm. Staffs are kindly and warmly. ##### CHENGYEN Stayed 1 night in Feb 2020 ### 8/10 Good #### Verified traveller 21 Feb 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 早めに着いたのに片付けしてくださって。部屋に入れてくれた。バス停など聞きたい情報を全て事細かに説明してくださった。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 1 night in Feb 2020 ### 10/10 Excellent #### K 20 Feb 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 共用スペースのキッチンは、基本的な食器に加え、電子レンジや電気ケトル、冷蔵庫を備えており、スーパー等で買ったものを調理保存するのに便利でした。 ##### K Stayed 1 night in Feb 2020 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Verified traveller 13 Feb 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 愛想がよくて素敵なスタッフばかりだった。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 1 night in Feb 2020 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Verified traveller 1 Feb 2020 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### ゆっくり過ごしたい人にはオススメできません レビューの評価が良かったため、1月のオーロラツアーの際に家族旅行で利用しました。結論から言うと、バックパッカー以外にはオススメできません。 まず、宿泊前日に案内のメールが送られてきましたが、家族経営のためフロントは設けておらず、無人の場合もあるためチェックイン等は各自でとの内容でした。（Hotels.comには24 時間対応フロントデスクと書かれていますが違うようです） 部屋番号や設備の利用方法もメールに書かれていましたが、到着してみると、メールの通りスタッフはおらず、廊下に整然と並ぶドアには部屋番号も含めて何も書かれていないため、どこが自分たちの部屋なのか分かりませんでした。また、靴は玄関で脱ぐシステムでしたが、スリッパは用意されていないため持参する必要があります。 2階には共用の小さな居間と台所がありますが、先に到着していたグループが占拠している状態で、非常に気まずいです。台所には冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、IHコンロ、その他食器類があったので、食材があれば自炊できるようです。しかし流し台付近には使った後の食器類が散乱しており、あまり気分が良いものではありません。建物の間取りも、写真のように居間や台所のすぐ隣にゲストルームがあったりと、不思議な作りでした。 ゲストルームは一般的なツインルームでしたが、入口のドアの建て付けが悪く、内側から鍵が開かなくなってしまい、一時的に部屋に閉じ込められてしまいました。（部屋には電話がなく、そもそもスタッフもいないので外部への連絡手段がありません） 窓の外には庭がありましたが、塀で囲われている上に雪深く、外へは出られませんでした。試行錯誤の上、ようやくドアを開けることができました。（ドアノブはダミーで、ドアを思いっきり引っ張りながら鍵を回すと開きました） 部屋にはテレビもありましたが、リモコンが壊れており使用できませんでした。 シャワー室は洗濯室の奥にありましたが、無駄に広いわりにはブースが1つしかなく、しかも鍵がないため、女性は安心して利用できません。もう1箇所のシャワー室はトイレと共用で鍵もついていましたが、トイレとの仕切りがない上に狭いため、周囲を濡らさないように使うのが難しいです。また利用時間も22時までと書かれているため、オーロラツアー参加後の利用ができなく不便でした。なお備え付けの石鹸やシャンプー、ドライヤーはないため、持参する必要があります。 スタッフの方はたまに巡回しているようでしたが、制服や名札もないためゲストとの区別がつきません。ほとんどの時間は無人状態にもかかわらず玄関は24時間開放されているため、防犯上も不安でした。また夜遅い時間になっても共用スペースでは他のグループが騒いでいたりと、滞在中最後まで気が休むことはありませんでした。正直このクオリティーで1泊7000円は高いと思います。快適に過ごしたい人は、多少値が張ってもホテルをオススメします。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 1 night in Jan 2020 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Benjamin 25 Jan 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort Comfortable and welcoming.
